Rotaract Club of UTAMU Carries Out Sanitation & Tree Planting Campaign

Rotaract Club Of UTAMU – RUTAMU carried out a sanitation and tree planting campaign at Bukasa Primary School in Muyenga to launch the Mission Go Green Campaign.

The campaign was headed by Kenneth Mugisha, the 9211 District Goivernor.

The team planted trees, trained the pupils how to wash hands and kill germs, donated a swing to the school and an incubator to dispose off the sanitary pads.

Sarah Owembabazi, the President of Rotaract Club of UTAMU, said children should betrained from childhood to protect their environment by involving them in initiatves such as tree planting.
