It equips graduates with the skills to identify, analyze and solve complex human resource and management issues for organizations. It covers areas of human resource policy, human resource development and industrial relations.

Admission Requirements

Applicants to this program must possess the following:-

  • A Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution of higher learning.
  • A professional qualification deemed equivalent to a Bachelors degree from a recognized professional body.

Duration of the Program

The program will extend over a period of one academic year. An academic year shall consist of two semesters and one recess term. A semester shall consist of 15 weeks of lectures. A recess term shall consist of 10 weeks.
