
Dr. J.M. Okwadi Tukei, Ph.D is head of department monitoring, evaluation and project planning at Uganda Technology And Management University (UTAMU).
Dr. Tukei is a confident, effective, creative thinker, natural team player and leader in a changing environment with a relaxed style in achieving set goals through the development and motivation of people. His career goal is to pursue an excellent and successful career in development planning while playing an innovative role that will turn into valuable contribution towards the achievement of the organizational goals.
Over the years Dr. Tukei has gained administrative, managerial, networking, interpersonal relations, problem solving and co-ordination experience with the ability to relate well with people at all levels while ensuring jobs are seen through, from conception to successful completion.
