Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management & Development

This programme is intended to produce human resource professionals with the ability to lead people, lead business, and lead change by transforming human capital into opportunities.

Taught by leading practitioners in the HR industry, this curriculum explores the principles of human resource management in a global economy, quantitative modeling and business strategy. It equips graduates with the skills to identify, analyze and solve complex human resource and management issues for organizations. It covers areas of human resource policy, human resource development and industrial relations.

Admission Requirements

Applicants to this program must possess the following;

  • A Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution of higher learning.
  • A professional qualification deemed equivalent to a Bachelors degree from a recognized professional body.
Program Duration

The program will extend over a period of one academic year. An academic year shall consist of two semesters and one recess term. A semester shall consist of 15 weeks of lectures. A recess term shall consist of 10 weeks.
