Ms. Flora Rukundo Ddamba
Director, Human Resources and Administration
Ms. Flora Rukundo Ddamba is the Director Human Resources and Administration at Uganda Technology And Management University (UTAMU).
She has a wealth of experience in HR management, organizational development and Administration leadership from different entities in the Corporate, NGO sector and Academia. She previously worked with National Water & Sewerage Corporation, Samaritan’s Purse International Relief, and World Vision among other places. She successfully led HR functions in various places for over 18 years focusing on talent acquisition, staff development, policy formulation and implementation and operational efficiency.
She is a certified HR practitioner and a member of the Human Resource Managers Association of Uganda. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Post Graduate diploma in Management from the Uganda Management Institute (UMI) and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Makerere University; along with other related trainings/certifications and awards.
Out of office work, she likes doing charity and offering voluntary services. Among these is; she leads the Women Ministry at St. Luke’s Church Ntinda and is also part of the Council at the parish and the Diocese of Kampala.
