Mr. Honey Malinga

Council Member

Mr. Malinga holds a Master of Science in Exploration Geophysics, a diploma in Exploration Geophysics and a Bachelor of Science in Physics.

He currently serves as a Director, Directorate of Petroleum, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development, Uganda.
