Prof. Tushabe Busingye Florence is an adjunct associate professor at Uganda Technology And Management University. She holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. Interested in Innovations.

Passionate about pregnant and abandoned women and children. She has won several awards for successfully implementing innovations in Computer Science. She is also a fellow in the International Womens Forum Leadership program.
