Prof. Okoche John Michael Maxel

Prof. Okoche is an Associate Professor of Monitoring and evaluation in UTAMU Business School.

Prof. John Michael Maxel Okoche holds:

• PhD in Business Leadership (University of South Africa)
• Master of Science in International Management (University of Liverpool)
• Masters in Management Studies—Monitoring and Evaluation (Uganda Management Institute)
• Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration and Management (Uganda Management Institute)
• Bachelor of Science – Economics (Makerere University).

Previously, Prof. Okoche served as Dean UTAMU School Humanities and Sciences and Dean UTAMU Graduate School.

He is one of the few leading experts in Uganda in monitoring and evaluation, and project planning and management. He has published over 20 peer reviewed papers. He has also supervised several postgraduate students to completion.
