Key Consultancy Assignments
- Nov to Dec 2024 – As a strategy, performance management and governance consultant, I did an assignment for PSI Engineering Co Ltd (reviewed strategy documents, trained staff on the principles of the Balanced Score Card, guided line managers in the development of employee scorecards and designed a Board Charter including Board and Board Committee TORs.
- May to August 2023 worked with a Senior HR Consultant (Mrs. Florence Mawejje) to prepare the Members’ Code of Conduct for The Uganda Bankers Association.
- Feb to March 2022 - I was selected by the Human Resource Managers’ Association of Uganda to sit on the Technical Committee to evaluate and recommend outstanding HR Practitioners in the different branches of HR. We worked with Deloitte an international consultancy firm
- April to June 2020 – I prepared HR and Administration process maps for Uganda Breweries Ltd, the assignment was done under True North Consult a reputable HR Consultancy firm in Uganda.
- July to October 2019 – I did a short contract assignment with The Leadership Team a reputable HR Consultancy firm where I prepared buyer personas (Banks as potential clients), organizational diagnostic studies, proposal and concept paper writing with a focus on the financial services sector.
