A Charter to provide for the establishment, control, governance and administration of Uganda Technology And Management University (UTAMU) and for other related purposes, in accordance with the Universities and Other Tertiary Institutions Act, 2001 as amended.
Recommended by the University Council at its 24 Meeting Held on 19 February 2021 and Approved by the Board of Directors on 25 February 2021.
Approved by the Chairperson on behalf of the General Meeting of UTAMU Ltd on 24 March 2021.
Effective Date is 2 March 2021.
