A Finance and Management analyst with BP Karl associates, who is a Fellow of ACCA, a Member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU), a Masters’ graduate of Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI) with a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration and a B com graduate from Makerere University
Joseph is Prized with 29 years of Finance and Management analysis in Mainly Private Sector and to a certain extent in the Public Sector, His area of specialty engrosses Corporate Governance, Internal Control assessment and Risk based audits. He previously participated in setting up companies like Kobil Uganda, Reime Uganda Limited and Oryx Oil Uganda Limited. He worked as Finance Manager for Kobil Uganda Limited for 8 years, Finance Manager at Reime Uganda Limited and Finance Manager of Oryx Oil Uganda Limited.
At Kobil Uganda Limited, Joseph was involved in Installing, implementing and training of Oracle based accounting software, and setting the strategic plan of Kobil Uganda limited, at Reime Joseph was involved in the implementation of Navision accounting software and in Oryx Oil Uganda limited Joseph was the lead implementer of Accpac accounting Software, setting the organization structure and Information Technology of the company and guided those companies’ growth.
Joseph did the risk Management strategy and guidelines for EASSI. An accomplished financial Consultant who consulted with St Catherine’s Hospital for 4 years in Internal Controls, System Management, report Making, Finance analysis and finance outsourcing, At BP Karl Associates, Joseph, carries the role of Director Audit for Outsourcing and Accounting services, He is deeply involved in the several audits of Saccos and other several sectors. Joseph currently sits on the Audit committee of Uganda Technology and Management University (UTAMU).
Joseph also provides professional and Tax Consultancy to Schools like Happy years Primary School, Kiwa Hardwares Limited, and Echo pharmacy.
