Director, Quality Assurance
Esther Lubega is the Director of Quality Assurance at Universal Technology and Management University (UTAMU). She is an experienced Human Resource and Quality Management professional with over nine years of progressive experience in institutional Governance, Compliance, and People Management.
She brings expertise in Quality Assurance Systems, Policy Development, Accreditation Processes, and continuous Improvement, alongside a solid background in Human Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, and Organizational Development. Esther has a proven track record of strengthening systems, supporting staff capacity, and aligning institutional practices with National and International Standards.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She is also certified in HR Risk and Compliance Reporting.
