Very knowledgeable and skilled in recruitment planning and budgeting using the program based budgeting systems(PBS). Has wide knowledge and experience in establishing and implementing employee motivation and staff retention strategies.

Over the Years he gained immense exposure in Employee grievance and disciplinary handling processes through implementing employee disciplinary mechanisms, procedures and systems.

Also possesses general administrative, managerial and financial management skills which was gained through managing and implementing big public sector projects/programmes
