Ms. Ritah Nakalema

Ritah is an enthusiastic lawyer with the ability to analyse legal situations and give appropriate timely counsel. My legal work experience has mostly arisen from business and corporate law, where I feel that the skills, I have garnered from my LLM, LLB and DIP LPC as well as work in both the public and private sector in Uganda will be highly valued.

For the past eight (8) years, I have been actively assisting clients with corporate and banking disputes, civil litigation, and family conflicts, while also offering guidance on Alternative Dispute Resolution across various matters. My approach incorporates elements of corporate governance and risk management to deliver comprehensive support.
