A result driven, I have learnt over the years what gives me a sense of fulfillment. Since childhood, I have had assignments, ranging in length from one day to four weeks or even more. I find these assignments inspiring and especially rewarding. I have been given those assignments with different people. Some came from disadvantaged backgrounds and some were facing major challenges in their lives. Some were bright, strong and fit and others really struggled with the routine. For me the challenge was to make the assignment a fulfilling experience for all of them, and accomplishing this challenge was what motivated me. There is no better feeling than finishing a long day, lying down in your bed and thinking wow, we really did a lot of good today. I want to get the same feeling from my career. I am very motivated person who is very keen to have a successful career. I am now looking forward to making a significant contribution to an institution that offers a genuine opportunity for progression.
