Successful and result oriented leaders understand the importance of collaborations. With a few days in office the UTAMU Guild President has embarked on a journey to establish collaborations between the guild cabinet of Makerere University Business School (MUBS) and Uganda Technology and Management University (UTAMU). Some of the issues discussed which will enhance on the image of the university and reinforce His Excellency’s contributions towards meeting his manifesto include;

Joining the Uganda National Students Association (U.N.S.A) to further strengthen the contribution of UTAMU at a national student represented body.

A collaboration in sports activities to strengthen the benefits of networking and physical fitness. The experiences of COVID-19 have shown that health is paramount and therefore H. E. Kayizzi Patrick wants to work towards establishing improved networks and fitness amongst the UTAMU family.

Seminars are of high consideration especially in the areas of science, management and technology. These seminars would include discussions such as Information Technology Hacker Thrones and business.

In conclusion, joining U.N.S.A and the Guild President Association will be a great contributor towards meeting the UTAMU cabinet goals for the year 2020-2021.

We look forwards to great ideas and achievements.
